I also learned that integrated learning enriches the student experience by focusing on areas where relevant content and practical knowledge become part of the learning process. Problem solving and critical thinking skills are important, particularly for skilled trade students, as these skills are among the most sought-after qualities. While online learning offers opportunities to gain new learning experiences and access digital tools and resources to support the process, apprenticeship training provides the chance to gain experience under real-life conditions and within the actual work environment.
