One of my biggest takeaways from this module was how important it is to make online courses organized, easy to navigate, and engaging for students. I also learned how much clear expectations, communication, and feedback can impact the overall learning experience.
As a nursing instructor, I plan to apply what I learned by making sure my courses are easy to follow and include activities that keep students engaged and encourage critical thinking. I also want to be more intentional about providing feedback and creating opportunities for students to interact and collaborate. Overall, I want my students to feel supported and have a positive learning experience, even in an online setting.
