In this module, I learned about the rubric for e-learning tool evaluation through Western University. This rubric helps to determine accessibility, functionality, technical, mobile design, privacy and protection, social presence, teacher presence, and cognitive presence to be determined for each tool. I intend to use this rubric when evaluating e-learning tools.
