<p>I was surprised to learn that 60% of persons with a severe literacy problem also has an <strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">undetected</span> <span style="text-decoration: underline;">or untreated</span></strong> learning disability. It sounds as if many children go through school without their disability being detected. This negatively impacts their future.
