Yes, I do agree. For older students the fear of non-success can be a powerful motivator since they are current students as a result of some life experiences, such as no employment or needed career expansion. The younger students aren't as driven in terms of this type of motivation but once they get a taste of what life is really like they start to realize quickly that college is personal choice not an entitlement so it is up to them.
