Hi Joanne, Welcome to the profession. You are going to do fine and I base this on your attitude of being willing to listen and observe how to improve your instructional skills. Your persona will come to the front as you spend more time teaching. You will be surprised at how quickly you will start to see your instructional style gel into place. Take a deep breath, relax a minute and then try to see the big picture of what you are doing as an instructor.
