Employer Grading

After attending Advisor Board meetings for many years, I have developed a teaching style based on employers feedback

For instance, grading hard on computer data entry including spelling and numerical entries. A 30-point mistake. The grade remains a seventy.

Technical skill error is a 50-point mistake. After the student and I go over the mistake, the grade is changed to an 80.
