From this module, I learned the importance of being prepared and organized before students enter the classroom. A positive first impression, clear expectations, and having materials ready can help students feel comfortable and motivated to learn. I also learned that showing enthusiasm for the career field and sharing real world success stories can inspire students and increase engagement. I intend to apply this by preparing my classroom ahead of time, maintaining a structured learning environment, and encouraging students through positive examples and career connections.
