Self-monitoring and self-assessment are great methods of learning that are effective on impact for students. Reflection provides growth on a personal level for students, then as that develops, it leads to professional growth in terms of CTE, in the classroom and in practical knowledge for work and/or work-based learning.
One method I could utilize is the rubric, most likely the single-point rubric as described in this section. We use checklists regularly as required by FAA standards, to make sure the students develop the habits of flight safety, and well-maintained upkeep of their drones. For the part reflection has impact on, we have seen tremendous boosts in students' confidence, as the ones who have passed their FAA Unmanned Aircraft General written test have learned to master the material enough to pass the test, and now have become licensed remote pilots
Going over the rubric, step by step, with students before the presentation is great advice. I often refer to it but taking the time to meet with them will help them see where there are gaps.
Hola a todos y todas, este curso me ha presentado un abanico de posibilidades en la evaluación con herramientas digitales de auto-regulación para el estudiante como las rúbricas, listas de chequeo y organizadores gráficos que permiten establecer su seguimiento y monitoreo, así mismo invitar a sus compañeros a ser parte de este seguimiento, para establecer mayor confianza en ellos y estructurar un empoderamiento a ser resilientes si algo no esta bien claro o definido.
Desde el primer momento de nuestra participación direccionar una comunicación amical y sobretodo clara para evitar confusiones. Creo que reconociendo nuestras debilidades y superándolas, nuestra docencia será mucho más efectiva y eficiente.

Meet with students one on one before they turn in big projects so we can go over the rubric and they can walk me through what level they think they earned and we can discuss what is accurate and what sort of alterations should be made to reach full satisfaction in exemplary scores.
