Team work
It is very important to work as a team and maintain good communication to aid in retention. If the whole team is not on the same page we will fail in every area. The whole goal is to communicate and support the faculty in order to feel there is a team.
It is very important to work as a team when it comes to student retention
I also feel it should be teamwork when it comes to student retention.
Understanding the definition "teamwork" means working as a whole to reach a common goal is all fine and dandy, but you can be on the "team" and unless you get up off the bench and play (get involved), the team is going to suffer. The Leaders of the company are just like coaches, they need to make sure everyone gets off the bench and plays.
