Faculty Partnering with Career Services
It is important that faculty and Career Services work together to focus on work related behaviors and real world expectations of employers.

Our Career Services Department is schedule to meet in all classrooms, they coordinate with the faculty members to ensure that the meeting times work for them. Our Career department lectures and involves our faculty members at all times.
Our curriculum includes a professional development course throughout the program. Career services partners with the instructor at this time to help the students with their resumes and any additional information.
I think it is very important because the faculty can help by giving certain information to Career Services so they can help the student with job leads, because sometimes the students do not interact with Career Services until they are ready to graduate and they really don't know the personality of the student. The instructor does because he/she has dealt with them in a classroom and knows what there strong points and weakness are, so they can land the right job.
