Never understood Atrition as I do now.
Such basic information can be so helpful. I thought I understood attrition but now I know. I am going to be a better listerner/supporter for my students.
This was very informative. A major part of my job is to help with student retention and I see over and over the reasons for withdrawals/drops and feel powerless in some cases
Sometimes one is not aware of what of what he/she is not aware of. This type of information about attrition will not only help me but will impact the students also.

I agree. This was one of the more interesting and pertinent modules I've read in a MaxKnowledge course. I particularly found the section that details the stages that a person goes through when dealing with stress to be important.
I know now I cant wait until a student finishes General Education courses to get involved with them. I will start to interact more as soon as they enter the program.
