Being committed to Retention
Being an instructor as well as being committed to retention process, our students will automatically see that we care about their well-being in conjunction with their intellectual ability.
As an instructor, not only you have to care about your students but you have to show it as well. Often we have students who do not have support from anywhere else but in the classroom, so caring for your students is definitely a big step toward retention.
