Retention
I think the retention plays an important roll with our students.

I agree, and would like to add that being a primary indicator for the mayority of the accrediting bodies on postsecondary education, it should be a high priority for all employees.
How do you make that point with your employees, Luis? Why should they agree that retention is a high priority since they may think that retention efforts make their job harder?
I beleive in order for studnets to be able to retain they must consistanly use what they are learning. Helping the students understand that is also very important.
I suspect this is true of learning material as well as connecting with a career path. Can you provide some examples of what you do, Melanie?
Jiii. YES WE SHOULD HAVE BETTER RETENTION CONTROL IN OUR SCHOOLS.
