You are likely to getting widely varying responses, Debbie, most of which will start with “it depends ...†For example, the ratio at client schools using either Campus ToolKit or GradMax range from 25::1 to over 250::1, depending on the scope of their other responsibilities. Online schools typically tend toward the upper end of this range.
We have between 300-400 students to 1. Keeps me real busy!
This is another question that doesn't have a clear answer, Michele. The demographic makeup of your student body certainly affects the number and type of services that they will need. Another influencing factor is how much service you want to provide. However, I certainly can understand that you would be quite busy working with 300 – 400 students.
