I have understood how much a system impacts effectiveness, and how communication and teamwork can lead to better outcomes.
Remembering that we all take part in getting the future graduate to completion. Having good communication with instructors and leadership to know what is going on with students before they drop. Documenting communication and make it simple and ALWAYS be in compliance not just last minute.
