I would share my experience taking the Strengths Based assessment and how it helped me realize my strengths. Then I would encourage them to take the assessment so that they can see how these assessments can help a person put value into their traits
I will have our students take one of the strength assessments in their first class or meeting with me, and we will also talk about what they have done in their professional/working lives that gives them that energized feeling.
