Placement enhancement
It seems obvious to me that students view success in placement as a job, but are there other just as viable results placement can offer?
Good question, Julian. There are many areas of success to measure when it comes to student placement. Here are a few - the time it takes grad to be ready to start the job search, time it takes for grad to get first interview, time it takes to actually get a job. There is job retention - does the grad stay on the job. Then how work ready the grad is. Can s/he start work right away or do they need additional training. You can also measure job advancement. Lots to consider when thinking about the results of job placement. Thanks, Susan
