Reflection on Regulatory Compliance and the Role in Admissions
In this module, I learned how important it is to fully understand the rules, documents, and procedures that regulate admissions work in Florida. I also learned that I must keep my materials organized and up to date, since regulations can change and it’s my responsibility to stay informed. In addition, I realized that to truly help prospective students, I need to know my institution well its programs, policies, and anything that might influence an applicant’s decision.
I plan to apply all of this by being more careful with the information I handle, organizing my documents better, and preparing myself to answer prospects’ questions with confidence and clarity. My goal is to guide them honestly and professionally, and make sure they have all the information they need to make a good decision.
