What I learned from the Admissions Staff Training module
From this module I learned the importance of understanding the Florida Statutes and Rules that regulate admissions work, and how crucial it is to stay updated on institutional policies and procedures. I also learned how to organize a Resource Notebook to have quick access to all key documents. I plan to apply this by keeping my materials updated, participating in ongoing training, and ensuring that every prospective student receives clear and accurate information about our programs.
