Why can the use of superlatives be ground for misrepresentation?
Because the correct way to talk with the students is using the right word to describe something

And in keeping with factual disclosures, you can't document "the best" because the environment is constantly changing. And "the best" can mean different things to different people. So it makes good sense to stick to what you can substantiate.

Exactly! The best, greatest, prettiest, etc. are very subjective and should be avoided in order to work within the guidelines of misrepresentation.
