1. No changes to the enrollment agreement can be made with out student and staff are sitting together at the same time.
2. Full disclosure of the students write to access their file at anytime.
3. Making sure that all Financial Aid questions are answered by Financial Aid Officer.
If there needs to be a change to the enrollment agreement, a new contract is written up with all parties present to ensure understanding and agreement of changes before signing. If financial questions arise other than the cost of school, they are directed to the Financial Aid office for answers tyo questions. If a student needs access to their student file or records they are directed to the Director of Education.
I agree with you concerning #3 def all financial aid question should be answered by a FAO to prevent any misrepresentation or any miscommunication with the student
I agree completely that students should be made fully aware of all changes in enrollment forms.
