I refer frequently to S.A.P.'s "Satisfactory Academic Progress" Policy. First I review the performance standard required by the school, as well as attendance. Then show the scheduled hours when the continuing reviews will occur, as well as the Determination of Progress that will reflect on the financial aid that could be affected during this time.

Thank you for sharing this important subject with the forum. S.A.P. is very important to the students success, it sometimes difficult to explain the process to the student. It is good to know that you are taking the time needed to provide the students with the details of S.A.P.

It is the policy of the school to provide the catalog to the prospective students three times. Sadly...some students still do not read it.
