Compliance

The section was clear and informative- easy to read and adopt practices for compliance training to the team

I agree, this section was very clear and informative. Compliance is always number 1.
in Education.

Admissions and financial aid are a bit less clear since they are so heavily regulated, but the separation of duties section was very helpful.

It all makes perfect since now.

I enjoyed this topice: "Certain states outline individual accountability guidelines for employees in addition to requirements that are the institution's responsibility. Registration allows them to enforce accountability." I think "checks and balances are great for every layer of our society, government and non-govt related. Keeps us all accountable and producing great results in the lives of students.

The new rules for compensation for Admissions Representatives should help morale on campuses.

Comliance to me is the #1 factor to to doing a great job.

Agree, it gave me more insight to the practices that are conducted in admissions.
