It depends which regulations you are referencing. There are new guidelines effective in July 2012. Those include elimination of ATB eligibility, reduced volume College Work Study funds, and elimination of subsidies on Stafford loans for interest while in school. Additionally, there are reductions to Pell Grants including fewer terms of eligibility, no Pell if students quality for less than 10% of a grant, and a lower threshold for the automatic zero EFC. Please check with your institution's regulatory authorities to determine how these changes impact your students and to see if there are additional changes relevant to your school.
