This would be a big help if we were all on the same page it creates a peaceful environment and TEAMWORK is the ultimate goal. This is a smart business move.
I agree and faculty also has a more personal relationship with the students; it can only make a stronger institution.
Compliance training is essential for all employees. It keeps the employee current and reminds them of what is required of them. It also keeps the employee accoutable and knowledgeable
I agree that we should take these courses and train so that we're more knowledgeable but at the same time Front Desk should be alloted 20 mins to do the training, because trying to take a quiz in the middle of calls, emails, and visitors its hard to find the time to stay focused while were multi-tasking on other things. That need to get done.
I think the training is always necessay.
