Maintaining a regulation in DNC can determine how effective you are managing your leads. How can the company make sure you are with in complience guilince for the DNC inquiries.

Depending on your systems, there should be a way to either block contact information so no one could call someone on a DNC list. There may also be a way to pull reports to confirm numbers on the DNC list have not been dialed but, that depends on your system capabilities.

Hi Claudia,
Advise manager with a an email stating the lead requested to be removed from all call list. Set-up a sent email folder with DNC email request and check every morning to make sure information has been corrected in the system.

I would advise the department manager that the individual has requested to be removed from our calling list. Then place it in the DNC list.
This DNC training is excellent. I have been in the industry for 12 years and the company I was formly with never covered DNC guidlines so clearly.
