implication of new legislation

proper education should be conducted before implication of new legislation

I agree -- I do not fully know or understand some of the new legislation and how it may impact me as AD. I would like more information on this to be able to pass it on to the PDs and faculty.

I do not like that colleges do not fall under some of these rules. A college grad get a degree and a bill. A trade school has to find a percentange of students a job and maintain that percentange or risk loosing funding.

Paul,
I agree that the rules do not seem "equally" applied to all post-secondary educational options. There are other challenges with the rules as well - for example, although students are meant to be able to compare various educational costs, not all colleges have to post such disclosures and even those that do are based on the prior year's rates which, in my opinion, could actually cause more confusion. Regardless, a school needs to be open to provide all relevant information to students may make an informed choice when deciding on where to enroll.
