Do Not Call

Are we allowed to contact a person that resubmits their information as a lead if they previously asked to be put on our schools do not call list?

My understanding is that if someone contacts the school to inquire, even if it's a secondary inquiry, that the time period "resets" for calling the prospect.

Is the Concorde Marketing team managing the 3 month time frame of when we can contact students if the student has submitted an inquirey?

Most definitely, if a potential student resubmits their information to be contacted by an admissions representative and they had previously requested to be put on the DNC list then they forfeit that placement when the request is submitted for contact.
