It is very important to give all the information to the potential student and stablish a good leadership role in the institution

I have learned so far, to actually realize that each student that I come in contact with, could be from a total different generation than myself. I learned that it's ok to text if thats what the students respond to better. Everyone thinks differently handle things different, therefore we must learn to speak to people according to what they can understand

Don't forget to always ask for referrals!

By building relationships you develop more buy-in and also increase the chance for referrals.

I have learned that relationship building is key and continuous throughout and after the enrollment process.

The key is in the relationship and understanding the needs of the student

The goal is to initiate new relationships. This starts with honesty about the program with a genuine effort to help them. To act as a leader, one must solve problems by seeking agreement and ALWAYS follow up.

It is important to offer the most tuition help available and be honest about the options when the options might be limited. Having a leadership role incorporates supporting the student which in turn makes them feel comfortable and content to refer the program to their peers.

Self Improvement will ripple through your life and motivate others to be better around you. Do more follow up with students as well.

Take a leadership role  and take pride in what you do.
