Resource Notebool
I really found the idea of having the resource notebook being very helpful to new and senior admission reps so that they can stay up to date on policies and procedures. It is also a great resource of organizing all of the rules and regulations of the school.
I agree with this, it is a great idea. In addition, I believe one representative should be in charge of keeping the information organized so that all of the representatives have access when they need to update their knowledge of the rules and regulations.
I love having a resource notebook, it seems that we are always receiving emails updating policies and sometimes it can get a little confusing. Now i just print it out and replace the old policy with the new policy
I think is a great way to stay current with all the changing information and to have it at your fingertips, will save a lot of time and will fel much more organized.
