Do you mean the institution one works for should provide additonal training on site? I feel the best type of training is on site and hands on so that one may learn and better understand the process of their individual institution while still applying the guidelines set forth by the CIE, the accrediting body if applicable and ED.

There are several pieces of training available through FAPSC that are of great value, ask your supervisor about them, taking these courses online along with meeting with all areas of your Institution to gain more knowledge about the programs and policies is the perfect recipe for success.
