We have had some kind of stress over time the best was I have found to deal with stress is to meet the problem head on and work with finding the solution.

When we have stress it is best to contemplate without emotion and come to the best conclusion to face the issues. Our lives need to be balanced with good health, exercise, mental relaxation, recreation and spiritual rejuvenation.
