the best way I have foundto handle stress is when i fell it coming I stop what I am doing and take a short walk around the the halls what ever is availble then return to the problem 99% of time when I return everything has clamed down.

I advise students on different thing that will come up in life. explain to them how to handle different situtions.this help them understand what they need to do to help them stay in school hold good job and anything that can happen once they have left school
