Goal setting

An unreasonable goal is one that has little to no chance of being attained and will have a negative impact on employee motivation and morale. Usually these types of goals were not well thought out.

we are all faced with goals that are like that how do you help break threw the issues that this type ... what are we talking about again? Oh yea I say the idea of getting fired is good motivation
