Career develpment is when an employee can take educational courses to enhance his or her skills to enhance productivity.
I understand that Career Developement is an important component of our accreditation process.
As a manager/ Director of instructors in the Health Care area 'How to teach" modules are always helpful especially those involving "hands on"
skills or active teaching EG demonstrations,
return demos and evaluation of skills to be acquired. Thank you

Career Development: Its' self development. It's traing one takes to increase thier knowledge of thier own career. It's a way of improving yourself in that career, or a means of moving up in that career. It's also a way of improving different aspect of a given career thru different educational trainings,weather paid for or given free.
