I feel that this course helps me a lot with working in my department where we have a 88% of new members and this helps in identifying individuals strenghts when dealing with management style. My goals is utilizing the most effective managing style to fit the needs of my team.

Great Course, shows where to see strenghts of team and how to improve on weakness of each team player. My team has been the same for a long time and we mesh very well
Great course, I find that if I am in various teams it is better to have different members than to always work with the same people. The group tends to rely on the same team members to much.
