one team

If we can always agree to to the best we can, then most times we can come together to do the job, but this does not always happen.

Stu,

Good people want to do their best, but sometimes do not know how to accomplish that. It is up to the leader to coach employees to take their ideas and turn them into actionable results. Hoping for the best is just the beginning.

Dr. Jamie Morley

Having worked with Stu for many years now he makes a great point. We have not always agreed on all points but both of us want the best for our students and because of this we have often completed tasks because we both try to do the best each day we clock in. Remembering why we come to work each day is key for teams to complete task and goals.

Donald,

Doing the best for your students might mean finding different ways of educating and communicating including embracing new approaches to working together.
