Learning
I am learning so much about the type of learners in a class. I have been trying a lot of these games and it is so clear to pick out the different types of learners. This is going to be very helpful once I know what type of learners I have in a class.
I totally agree. While everyone does not always learn the same, it's important to reach out and use the new ideas of others to help bridge the gap. You know the teacher is a great teacher when they want to learn as much as the students, and try to think of new ways to keep them engaged.
I agree as well. I imagine teachers get just as bored with normal flashcarding as the students do - so having other fun activities up ones sleeve is helpful, both for the student and the instructor.
Totally agree,these activities do help the students - especially the older ones to learn this "foreign language"
YEP - my observation is that the more mature students seem to do better...
