To improve your memory provide detailed instructions for your class, as well as hand outs with diagrams. Promote positive praise to students as the attempt task with assistance.

When teaching Anatomy and Physiology, I have my students take turns to perform massages on each other as I call out the technical terms. This helps them abundantly to improve their memory.
