I agree that group projects during an online course can be VERY frustrating! It is much better when a live phone meeting or video meeting takes place to help with interpretation and explanation.

7 Things Effective Team Members Do

Are there any suggestions if there is a teammember that does not hold themselves accountable for their responsibilities ? Or if they are not open to change or enhancment because they provide the requirement.?

I am now complete with 2 of the 3 courses we are alloted to take. :) I am pleasantly surprised to enjoy these courses so far and learning things that are real time applicable in my classroom :):)

Lead by example

In the classroom I maintain professionalism and hold students accountable to their professionalism abilities. I believe that leading by example is a strong visual of what is expected in the classroom.
