staying focus, remembering the centerpointe for making any big life decision. and being able to stay on course, inspite of life's challenges. but always remembering, that life is not tied with bow, but it is still a gift!

Great response. Just to add to it. I try to motivate the adult learners as much as possible by tutoring and making sure they understand the information during the lecture. I noticed most adults have a hard time with the spelling words though. So, thats when i suggest flash cards etc
As an instructor I need to create comfortable learning environment for adult leaners. It includes tutoring at their pace as well as make them competitive to the rest of the class.
