I love the disclosure form: Create simple disclosure formats: “I used [AI tool] to [specific task]. I verified outputs against [sources] and revised by [changes made].” This documentation shows professional practice that students will need in their careers.
I have told my students that it is almost impossible to not use AI, but they need to provvide resources, now I need to have them provide me with verified sources. Great idea.
