I learned about different types of learners and how to work with disruptors and other students that may have poor behavior in syncronous and asyncronous learning environments.

I learned effective ways to engage students with syncronous and asyncronous discussions. Love the the idea of short biographies -  maybe on a discussion board. Great way to get students to get to know each other. 

I learned some good ways for me to get to know students, and for them to get to know one another. 

I already use a CMS, so I have not learned alot so far. However, it did give me very specific ideas on what to put in my expectations letter to students.

I like the AI ethics toolkit and the questions to ask yourself when using tools, like... 

"Before using any AI tool, I will always ..."

"When I notice bias in AI content, my process is ..."

"My standard transparency approach involves ..."

"To maintain professional accountability, I ..."

I will use these when using AI.

I learned about documentation practices and how important school-wide policy is.  Unfortunately, our district does not have clear cut policy and the little bit of policy is more about students cheating then how to really use AI in the classroom effectively.

Using several different tools, like checking for diversity and using industry professional standards is the best way to detect bias.

I learned that it is important to be transparent. I didn't always tell students when I use AI, but I am realizing that it is important to tell them and explain, how and why and how I verified the information.

I didn't know about all the CTE AI tools and how they work. I currently use a simulation AI tool for my advanced students. I would like to use more of those. They are really useful.
