The magic wand!!!
Whenever students have lightbulbs go on in their head, I give them the magic wand. They hold it in remembrance of thier learning moment and pass it to the next student.

Good idea. Instructors have to use any device they can to capture the attention of their students and show them how much progress they are making toward their career goal.

The one I use I got at the Magic Kingdom. I am sure you can get them in magic stores or something like magic stores.

This is just the "thinking ouside the box" thing that I try to use. I'll go shopping for a wand today!
This idea sounds excellent, But I use the magic wand in a different sense, so I'm not sure it will work in all applications. Again, great idea, and maybe I can use it one day!!!
