Let's be honest, the reason most of us get out of bed and go off to work is for the money.It's nothing to be ashamed of,nor is it wrong to want a better paying job. Students also get out of bed and go to school in the hope that they will someday have great paying jobs. THAT'S motivation!

Hi Al,
You are right about money being the basis of much of what we are about. It is always good if we can enjoy our work and look forward to doing it each day, but at the end of the week we still look forward to receiving that check. If our students can keep that image in their heads they will continue to come and learn so they can receive that check as well.
