Learning adjustments
It is critical for an instructor to be able to identify the learning styles to include impairments. Th training can be design to accomidate all students in a fashion that fits their education needs.
Y, an instructor should be aware of any impairments student may have, tha way th instructor can provide proper resources or learning tools the student may need during the course.

YES THEY NEED TO IDENTIFY THE NEEDS BUT THEY MOST ALSO BE CVAREFUL TO NOT EMBARESS THEM OR IGNORE THE NEEDS OF THE MANY FOR THE FEW. i HAVE SEEN WHERE STUDENTS HAVE LEFT A CLASS BECAUSE AN INSTRUCTOR MADE IT SO BORING DO TO THE COMPREHENTION OF ONE OR TWO. THAT IS WHERE IT IS OUR DUTY TO TUTER OR EXPLAIN ON A ONE ON ONE BASIS IF NECESSARY.
