How should we deal with the adjustment of a flipped classroom?

In this topic of study it discusses how students, teachers, and even parents may have a hard time adjusting to the flipped class room. what would be some suggestions to overcome this and make for better adjustments?

Most people will choose not to change what is not broken. However, for more interactive hands-on learning the flipped classroom is a great approach. The student is more accountable for their homework while taking a responsibility in their learning. They have the option of reviewing the lectures many times over and still able to share in the class and get clarification if needed at the next class when they have to apply what they have learned. Change always seems difficult at first but with guidance the adjustment maybe well worth it.
