Teaching with language barriers
In the past taught in another state, and had students from africa, phillipines, china, korea, they needed a dictionary and instructions just to complete care plans and tests. It was difficult for them and they required some extra time to complete some tasks and then also to communicate with patients and staff.

This area we have alot of Spanish speaking students and the launguage barrier is there, especially in the Communication class we teach. it is hard but the students we have are driven and want to learn so it makes our jobs easier to work with them and teach them.
