I ALWAYS ASK THE STUDENTS TO TELL ME ABOUT THEMSELVES, THEIR EXPERIENCE AND WHY THEY ARE STUDYING WHAT THEY ARE STUDYING. THEN I TELL THEM THE SAME ABOUT ME.
